No News is Good News?

No News is Good News?

Well, I haven't received any more rejections yet ... both jobs were supposed to have got back to us by last week, although I think Rural U underestimated the amount of time they would need for travel authorizations. Still, I haven't heard anything negative yet, and all communication so far has been via e-mail. And there is still the local job, the application for which I need to write this weekend. And this is the weekend where I start packing my things, despite the fact that I really need to work. I know -- I'll do both! And maybe write that post on World History as a stress-reliever? Bwaaaahhhhhaaaahhhaaaa!

Yep, I am a firm believer in the "no news is good news" attitude. Keep your chin up! Between frantic application writing and the throwing of various things into boxes, take many hot baths full of sweet-smelling bubbles. Have a glass of wine and whine. :)

Thanks! I'm trying to stop whining. I just want some clarity at this point. Actually, I just want to know where I'm moving, because it will be impossible to get a lease if I need to move between now and August ...

Hey, I know the feeling. I'm about to reenter the metro Boston rental market. I feel sharp stabs of terror...and the need to whine!
